Simplify API
Make the thing easier to setup and maintain
- Remove Mailing
- Remove Task Queue
- Move Upload
- Upload endpoint uses CSV file
- Upload status endpoint
- Fetch Longids directly and internally
- Add Groups endpoint making client survey api obsolete
